Sandwich Meal: $16/person - Choice of sandwich, side salad & snack

The “BIG” Salad: $16/person - Large salad plus snack

Soup & Salad Combo: $15/person - Choice of soup & salad

Soup & Sandwich Combo: $18/person - Choice of soup & sandwich
Fiesta Bar: $16/person - Choice of three tacos, taco salad, or bowl. Family/buffet style only

Dessert: $5/person - Freshly baked bars, cookies or brownies

Beverages: $4/person

Choice of: iced tea, sodas, or soda water.
Beer/Wine selection also available

SOUPS

Yellow Curry Squash (v, gf) Spicy blend of Thai yellow curry, squash and coconut milk

NY PenicillinOur scratch-made chicken noodle soup with roasted seasonal vegetables & zesty almond pesto

Creamy Potato Leek (veg) Creamy, delicious & filling! This recipe was honed over time by teaching our Tier 1 participants. 

Chili (vegan option) Slow cooked tomato-based chili with either ground beef of vegan sausage

 

THE BIG SALADS

The Not So Simple: (veg option, gf)Seasonal farm greens and vegetables, toasted nuts and dried cranberries, choice of chicken or tempeh and choice of vinaigrette or buttermilk ranch dressing

Taco Salad (nut free, veg option) - Black beans, seasoned rice, ground beef, pico de gallo, cheese, chipotle ranch, over romaine lettuce, with tortilla chips. Vegetarian and/or vegan option available

Peter & Nance Grain Salad (v, nut free)Farro, Roasted Cauliflower, Radicchio, & Olives topped with Guajillo vinaigrette

Three Bean & Squash Salad (v, GF)A medley of hearty beans & summer squash with a zesty vinaigrette

While our Catering Hall is currently closed, we are always happy to take the show on the road.

A 20% gratuity is added to every catering order. Delivery and setup fee will vary based on event.
